5:00–8:00 PMAfter the success of our first Open Mic Competition, we are bringing it back with a focused twist—original music only.
This night is dedicated to singer-songwriters who want to showcase their own work in front of a live audience, industry voices, and the local music community. If you write it, sing it, and mean it—this stage is for you.
Event Format9 performance spots available – 15 to 20 Min Set for each performance.

Performances will be scored using a three-part voting format:

Appalachian Artist Live Vote
Sports Mill Vote
Cash Prizes1st Place: $100 Cash
Runner-Up: $50 Cash
This event is designed to spotlight authentic songwriting, connect artists with new fans, and continue building a strong regional music scene. Whether you’re performing or coming out to support local talent, expect a great crowd, great atmosphere, and original music all night.
Hosted by Appalachian Artist LiveAll spots are currently booked. But you can still come if one of those spots opens up we will do our very best to get you on the stage.
